How does the rental process work?
It's a simple, four-step process:
- Browse our collection,
- Reserve the item for your desired date
- Wear the outfit
- Return it before the rental period ends. We handle all the cleaning and prep!
What is Rambi, and why should I rent?
Rambi offers a carefully curated collection of premium pieces for temporary use. You get to wear an elevated, high-quality outfit for your event without the commitment or high cost of buying.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all bank or e-wallet transfers to our GCash or MariBank accounts. We will send you the payment details after you have finalized your rental agreement. Please note that the full rental amount must be paid in advance to secure your booking.
Booking & Rental Period
How long can I rent an item for?
Our standard rental period is three (3) or seven (7) days. We recommend selecting a delivery date that is at least one day before your actual event.
Can I extend my rental period once it has begun?
Extensions are subject to the item's next booking. If you need to extend, please contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled return time so we can check availability for you. Extension fees apply.
What happens if I cannot return the item on time?
Late returns will incur a fee of PHP 150 per day. If the item is not returned within seven (7) days past the scheduled date, it is considered lost, and you will be charged the item's full market value.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Changes to your reservation may be permitted provided the item is not yet with you.
Cancellation fees may apply and you will not be refunded for sudden cancellations. Please note that we are unable to process cancellations based on a "change of mind."

Sizing & Fit
What happens if the item doesn't fit when it arrives?
We allow only one (1) size-to-size exchange per rental piece, provided you notify us within 12 hours of receiving the item. Differences in prices may be charged accordingly.
Please note that you will be responsible for the delivery and pickup costs associated with the exchange.
Can I try on an item before committing to a full rental?
Our home studio is still in progress. For sizing, please refer to the dress' description and our Rambi size guide. Feel free to reach out for any clarifications!
Do you allow alterations to the garment?
No, we do not accept alteration requests. Please do not alter the garment as well. The item must be returned to us in its original condition. Any changes will result in fees.
Cleaning & Responsibility
Do I need to clean the item before returning it?
No need! We strictly ask you not to wash or clean the pieces yourself. We handle all professional dry-cleaning and sanitization upon return.
What happens if I accidentally stain, damage, or lose a rental?
If there is damage, we will first attempt to deduct the repair cost from your Security Deposit. If the item is damaged beyond repair or lost, you will be responsible for the item's full market value.
All fees are subject to Rambi's appraisal.
Shipping & Logistics
What is the cost of shipping and returns?
Delivery costs (both to you and the return) are the Renter's responsibility. These fees are separate from the rental price and may vary depending on third-party delivery apps.
